Investments in the road infrastructure in the area of Krraba, in addition to the economic boost and the development of trade, will pave the way for the construction of a new school. While inspecting the beginning of the works for the construction of the United High School in Krrabë, the mayor Erion Veliaj said that the Municipality of Tirana intends to maintain the same standard, both for schools in the center and on the outskirts of the capital.
"Our aim has been to work with the same quality both for the school "Kosova", and for the school here in Krrabë, both for "Sami Frashëri", and for the school in Vaqarr, both for "Partizan", as well and the school in Prush. The fact that we have reached this day makes me proud. We have finished the schools in Tirana, now we are working on all the schools in the suburbs, a part of which we have finished. This is an extraordinary day for Krraba", said Veliaj.

The Mayor said that the construction of this school will be an extraordinary postcard for Krraba. He added that the new schools have much better standards and conditions, in terms of infrastructure, but also educational staff. For this reason, Veliaj invited parents to respect the divisions made by the Municipality according to administrative units, and to take their children to schools near their residential area.
"Here, too, teachers are selected from the portal. I see how the suburbs of Tirana are becoming enviable and how the schools we built in Petrelë, in Ibë and Bërzhitë, are filling up. I am really proud that we have reached this day. I want to invite the citizens who are in the registration phase, please respect the divisions made by the Municipality, according to the administrative unit. The new school is even stronger, there are more spaces, more sports grounds, there are more investments. The craze to take them to the old schools and have the whole school continue the first shift, but only two classes the second shift, just because of this, is unjustifiable", he said.
For the head of the Municipality, the training for digital jobs is the focus where the young people of the capital should be oriented. For this reason, he invited young people to attend the free courses offered by the Municipality of Tirana at the "Tumo" center.
"The invitation to all children, from Krraba to Kashar, from Ndroqi to Shëngjergj and Zall-Bastar, including all neighborhoods of Tirana, is to enroll in these courses after school. The Tumo te Piramida Center will start the courses on September 15. Today digital jobs are paying more. I would like the same chances that are given to children in the former Block, inside the Ring and in the center of Tirana, to be given to the children of Krraba and the entire periphery", concluded the head of the Municipality.
