Meet Benet Nura, the first Albanian inhabitant of the planet Mars and the story of how he participated in the NASA competition

Benet Nura, originally from Kosovo, 17 years old is the first Albanian who has secured a trip to the planet Mars becoming an official resident if there will be life. Before the Atlas V rocket left for Mars, NASA opened a competition with 100 thousand applicants, and Benet Nura is among the selected.
In an interview with Kosovo media RTK, the 17-year-old showed that he has two passports, one Dutch and one NASA.
"The idea of this competition was to select 100,000 virtual inhabitants of Mars, from 7.8 billion inhabitants in the world. These selected are already official inhabitants of this planet, where I am among them. "So if the planet Mars becomes habitable, we as the chosen ones are the first to have the right to live there."

Bennett studies computer science, and says he already has more interest in studying science as well. He further shows how he participated in the competition:
"I had the idea to put my name along with others on the planet Mars, in the march from the NASA website itself, as it was advertising on the front page. There just had to fill out a questionnaire with personal questions and submit. "Then I got the confirmation and the passport from NASA."
Meanwhile, on 18.02.2021 at 9:55, the Atlas V rocket landed on Mars.
