In the last 24 hours, Cyprus has confirmed only one case of infection and according to local media it is of Albanian origin. Cyprus Mail writes that the Albanian is a resident of Cyprus, but he arrived from Athens this Tuesday. After the test he did at the airport of Cyprus he tested positive for coronavirus.
Today Cyprus counts 1754 tests but only the Albanian tested positive. Instead of the pandemic outbreak 1,023 cases have been recorded.
Also tested were 511 employees who returned to work after working from home since anti-pandemic measures were put in place.
