For more than a decade, the Razor House in California has been described as an 'architectural masterpiece' and as America's most delightful home.
Since 2019 it is owned by singer Alicia Keys, and her husband, producer Kasseem Dean. They live in this villa with their two sons and call it the "Land of Dreams".
Keys says the spacious, nearly 11,000-square-foot residence overlooking the Pacific Ocean is the ideal place to create dreams and make them come true.

Alicia and Dean are known in the world of showbiz friendships as the holiday couple. They do not even have the problem that they will disturb the neighbors, since they are the only ones on a rock, so the parties they organize are frequent.
