
The Devil Wears Prada 2 was released on May 1. While everyone is talking about the movie, we're talking about Anne Hathaway's real-life home.



The design studio had just one question when it took on the project: "What if Wes Anderson bought a Swiss chalet in Southern California and Yves Saint Laurent came to visit?"



The answer is this 1906 Californian villa, designed by Myron Hunt, the architect behind The Huntington Library and the Rose Bowl.



Three original stone fireplaces. A secret library. A music room built into a 1922 ballroom. A breakfast room painted the perfect shade of green, with windows on three sides.


Mid-century modern Italian furniture combined with pieces by Jacques Adnet, a side table by Frank Gehry and a gold-leaf coffee table by Yves Klein, created especially for New Year's Eve.
