Renowned pediatrician Edi Tushe passed away on Monday evening. The sad news was made public by the clinic where he practiced for years. Doctor Edi Tushe has been close to thousands of Albanian children and families, with constant care for newborns and children.
He was among the figures who helped establish and develop the neonatology service in Albania, while as a lecturer he provided invaluable assistance in the education and professional training of new generations of doctors, sharing with them the experience and knowledge gained over the years.
