The government has made changes to the 2025 budget, at the last meeting of the Council of Ministers. At the last meeting of the government, the Council of Ministers approved a special bonus for people with disabilities and their caregivers.
In a post by Prime Minister Rama on social media, Minister Petrit Malaj announces that it is estimated that the bonus amounts to 15 thousand lek, or 150 euros, while 148,500 people benefit from it.
"The amount of financial support will be 15 thousand lek, in total over 148 thousand citizens will benefit from this initiative. All funds that will not be used by the ministries will be transferred to the special pension fund at the Bank of Albania, the amount that must be transferred to this account will be 115 million euros. We will also support the agricultural sector", said Malaj.
