Registrations for first and tenth grades start online at e-Albania

The Minister of Education and Sports, Ogerta Manastirliu, has announced the official opening of the online registration process for grades one and ten, through the state portal e-Albania. Registration will be open from July 7 to August 31, 2025, thus eliminating the need for physical attendance at schools.
For the first grades, students are enrolled in the public school that covers the area of residence of the person with parental responsibility. The official territorial distribution map, approved by the local units, is a guiding criterion for the selection of the educational institution. In cases where the application is made by a legal guardian, the upload of the relevant documentation is required.
For tenth graders, enrollment in public high schools is based on the areas determined by the Local Offices of Pre-University Education. These territorial divisions and preliminary planning are respected by educational institutions during the admission process.
Meanwhile, for secondary schools with a focus on arts, sports or languages, admission is made in accordance with the relevant instructions of the ministry. Students from other municipalities can apply to these institutions if this educational profile is not offered in their area. Parents or legal guardians must fill out the online form and wait for the approval or rejection of the request.
