The beginning of 2026 found Albania under the pressure of extreme weather. Heavy rain and snowfall have caused flooding, road blockages and isolation of residents in some areas of the country, creating civil emergency situations in some areas of the country.

Through rain, snow, wind and difficult terrain, your efforts keep our customers connected. Your dedication makes all the difference. We appreciate everything you do. We are proud of this team,” Bajraktari wrote.
But nothing would be possible without the continuous investments that Vodafone Albania makes in people and infrastructure. During 2024 alone, 43.2 million euros were invested in the network and over 40% of the territory has been covered with the 5G network since receiving permission for this investment.
