Albania restores visas with Belarus

At today's meeting, the Council of Ministers reinstated visas with Belarus.


The decision adopted on May 15, 2024, was repealed, the decision states.

DECIDED:


1. Suspension of the agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the government of the Republic of Belarus on the mutual abolition of visa requirements, approved by decision no. 152, dated 19.2.2020, of the Council of Ministers.


2. Decision No. 295, dated 15.5.2024, of the Council of Ministers, “On the partial suspension of the agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the government of the Republic of Belarus, on the mutual abolition of visa requirements”, is repealed.

This decision shall enter into force immediately and shall be published in the “Official Gazette”.
