Oerd Bylykbashi will be the representative of the United Opposition in the Special Parliamentary Commission for the election of CEC members.

The Special Parliamentary Commission will have to select 12 members of the new CEC within two days, while Bylykbashi's position was announced to Gramoz Ruçi through a letter from the PD headquarters.

With the new amendments to the Electoral Code, the CEC will have 12 members at 3 levels, and they will be selected by this Commission, which will have one representative for each political party.

Despite the fact that the United Opposition has left the parliament, through the majority-opposition agreement, a representative will be in the Commission.
