The Re-establishment Commission has come out today with the results of the voting of the Assembly on April 30, where from a list of 425 names of Democrats after the process that continued throughout the night, 150 new members of the National Council of the Democratic Party were selected today.
Described as the Assembly that formalized the largest split of the Democrats, after 35 deputies of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party did not participate, finally abandoning the old caste, today published the full list of names where the most loyal supporters of Sali Berisha stand out .
Arben Imami, Arben Ristani, Agron Kulicaj, Albina Deda, Aleksandër Biberaj, Çlirim Gjata, Dasho Aliko, or the doctor Ilir Alimehmeti and the activist Aulon Kalaja, as well as Glauk Olldashi and the returnee Rudina Hajdari were among the names that Albana Vokshi read as among the most voters.
Jozefina Topalli, who made the Democrats cry in the Assembly hall yesterday with what was called her return to the DP, is not on the shortlist and it is not known if she was among the 425 names of the Re-establishment for the National Council.
MP Albana Vokshi stated that this has been a transparent process that puts an end to the presidency, while adding that the vote count was broadcast live for the first time in the history of political parties in Albania.
According to her, 30% of the National Council consists of ladies while 50% come from FRPD and LDG.
