Some of the names from the Shkodra branch of the Democratic Party have been revealed for possible candidates for deputies. They will be voted on the next day by the membership and then the shortlist will pass to the final evaluation stage. In the list published by name, Jozefina Topalli is missing, who under the leadership of Basha DP, attacked several times by Mrs. Topalli, has stated that she will not be part. While Voltana Ademi, the current mayor of Shkodra leads the list.
Other names include Bardh Spahina and Izmira Ulqinaku. Shkodra region with 11 seats is seen to have a large number of potential candidates for MPs, unlike some other regions of the country.
