Jennifer Aniston shared how she did the sex scenes in the movie and the network

Jennifer Aniston has spoken about the intimate scenes she shot for the third season of the Apple TV+ series with Jon Hamm, who plays Paul.

This is the first time in her career that she has performed scenes of this nature.

Aniston began by saying that Jon - who she has been friends with for more than 12 years - couldn't have been more supportive during those scenes.

"I never felt embarrassed. Jon was a gentleman. Always has been. In every movement, in every touch, he asked me if I was okay".

Additionally, she also praised the director, Mimi Leder, saying she made her feel protected at all times.

She revealed that the two, along with Jon, chose not to have an intimacy coordinator during filming. As is usually done in sex scenes.

For a little context, an intimacy coordinator is a professional who steps into scenes when actors are shooting intimate moments.

In addition to the obvious support of the actors involved in the role, the intimacy coordinator ensures that the actors feel comfortable and safe as well.

“They asked us if we wanted an intimacy coordinator. "I'm from the old days, so I said, 'What does that mean?'" she said, admitting she had no idea what the point of the role was.

"They said: 'There will be someone to ask you if you are all right.'

"Yes, we are seasoned, we can understand this ourselves", she added.

In the short time since the interview was released on Monday, Jennifer's comments have begun to attract criticism online. People accuse him of downplaying the importance of intimacy coordinators. A role that has become almost mandatory since the #metoo movement.
