Police discover cocaine in the best-selling pizza in the German city

Pizza "No 40" for a long time has been the best seller in a restaurant in the German city of Dusseldorf, until the Police discovered the secret ingredient: pieces of cocaine.
The authorities have said that the discovery of the scheme of illegal distribution of narcotics allowed them to destroy an organized crime network. About 150 police officers, including elite units, last week searched 16 properties in nine cities, arrested three suspects and seized weapons from a warehouse, DPA reported.
Chief Inspector Michael Graf von Moltke said police had been investigating the pizzeria since March, when a food inspection revealed drugs in the kitchen. Investigators put the business under surveillance and noticed that the "No 40" pizza was a favorite.
