The Pioneer Scarf Debate: Symbolism and why it is being seen as a communist indoctrination?

An event on May 14 in Cerrik has sparked a public debate over the use of the pioneer scarf in 2022. It is a ceremony commemorating the founding of the Dumrea battalion and attended by war veterans, officials and schoolchildren. But what attracted attention and aroused much reaction from the citizens was the red pioneer scarf that the students had put on their shoulders, as it was considered by some as a reminiscence of the past which no longer has a place in the present. While there are others who simply see it as a symbolism that defines the blood of the fallen in war.
Pedagogue, Jonila Godole in an interview for A2CNN has shown that children and most young ages do not know the true meaning of the pioneer scarf being used in memorial ceremonies.
"The justification given is that the red scarf symbolizes the scarf of the martyrs and we are doing a ceremony for those who fell in the war, for the battalion that was engaged in the liberation of the country and it symbolizes the blood of the martyrs. But what exactly is a pioneer red scarf? The pioneer red scarf was part of the flag with its three corners. The three corners symbolized the 3 generations: the communists, the members of the youth union and the third the pioneers under the leadership of the party and Enver Hoxha. The scarf was given to the pioneer himself when he was accepted as a member of the pioneer squad. A strong symbolism of the communist regime is used which was the induction of wages and the withdrawal of the new generation. Let’s not forget that you became a pioneer from the age of 10 to 15 by joining the brazier, so in order to walk you would become a member of the youth later. We are in 2022, what does this symbolism have to do with being used today. The edges of the scarf had a certain symbolism then, how can you use children in 2022 and no one reacts.
After Godola's interview, a reaction came from the socialist MP Erion Braçe, where in a post on social networks he wrote: When stupidity is a business with a lot of money. Do not find it foolish to deal with the scarf; make money projects against the scarf.
