3• Executive Agreement for the initiative towards strengthening Civil Protection capabilities in Albania
4• Agreement for the implementation of the project in support of neonatology in the protection of children and mothers
5• Operational Memorandum of Understanding against Drug Trafficking
6• Agreement on cooperation in the defense sector
7• Memorandum of Understanding between the “Maxi” Foundation, the National Museum of 21st Century Arts and the National Gallery of Arts of the Republic of Albania.
8• Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Civil Protection
9• Technical agreement for the delivery of two motorboats to the Italian Coast Guard and the Albanian Naval Force
10• Declaration of understanding between the Italian Civil Protection Department of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Italy and the Albanian National Civil Protection Agency and the Italian Agency for Cooperation and Development, Tirana office
11• Financial agreement between Casa Depositi e Prestitit and the Council of Ministers of Albania for the improvement of the electricity transmission network in northern Albania after the 2019 earthquake
12• Memorandum of Understanding between Casa Depositi e Prestitit SpA and the Ministry of Finance of Albania
13• Memorandum of Understanding between SIMETS SpA and the Albanian Investment Development Agency AIDA

Earlier, an agreement was signed between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Italy, on strategic cooperation in the fields of healthcare, energy, environment, security and defense industry, migration management, education, innovation, diaspora, economic transformation and smart growth, bringing the total number of signatures today in Rome to 16.
