The owner of TV Klan, Aleksandër Frangaj, clarified last night that he expected the PD to lose this election and that he has an answer for that. Frangaj revealed for the first time that he did a survey commissioned together with Blendi Fevziu to the well-known company "Trafalgar Group", which found Basha lost.
