Gen Z is having parties in cafes

Generation Z is consuming about 30% less alcohol than previous generations, bringing a major shift in the way young people have fun. Daytime parties, non-alcoholic events, and more “soft” environments are slowly replacing traditional nightlife culture.

From Australia to Europe, more and more cafes are turning into new party spaces: DJs during the day, iced coffee instead of cocktails, and packed crowds looking for electronic music but without the tiring rhythm of classic clubs.

The phenomenon called "soft clubbing" is growing rapidly, as young people are choosing healthier, more social, and calmer ways to have fun.
