The Albanian company reacts after the accusations of the Democratic Party on the Tirana-Elbasan road: Confrontation in the courtroom

The company "Inerte Express" has reacted after the accusations of PD regarding the works for the road Tirana-Elbasan and the decision of the Arbitration to compensate the Greek firm with 44 million euros after it left Albania. According to the DP, through former MP Strazimiri, the Greek company was contracted by the government to do additional work, but as the DP claims: Rama in order to favor the company of his friend and Taulant Ballës 'Inerte Ekspress' imposed fines, put pressure and attempted to oust the Greek company Aktor which after receiving subcontractors imposed by the government left without receiving any payment.
The company owned by Mr. Bego, says that "Inerte Express", carries out its activity in the field of construction including production of aggregates and production and sale of concrete as a product of construction activity and has been contracted by the Greek company "Aktor" at the time of Berisha. The company says that it has never and for any work or contract has been contracted by ARA not only for the road segment Tirana-Elbasan but for no other road segment. Bego warns of confrontation in court.
STATEMENT
Based on the news recently published by some media on the involvement of the company "Inerte Express" in the works of the Tirana-Elbasan road, we explain as follows.
The company "Inerte Express" shpk is a private company established in accordance with the legislation and exercises its activity in the field of construction including production of aggregates and production and sale of concrete as a product of the activity in construction.
Regarding the news thrown in the media market that the company I own after taking over the works after the termination of the contract with the firm Aktor is not true at all and this stated with full responsibility by me. First, the company I own, as I explained above, deals with the above activities and has never been contracted by the relevant entity to complete or work on this contract. Like all private companies, we have been selected by the Aktor company since the beginning of this contract for the supply of aggregates and concrete, this happened at the time when the government was led by the DP (Prime Minister Sali Berisha).
I declare with full legal responsibility that we have never and for any work or contract we have been contracted by ARA not only for this road segment but for no other.
Lidhur me kete ne jemi besimplote se nuk kemi kryer asnje shkelje ligjore per sa kohe ne kemi qene ne rolin e furnitorit me materialet Inerte dhe beton si cdo subjekt privat tjeter do te bente.
Per me teper kompania Aktor ka bashkepunuar me shume shoqeri shqiptare per pune te ndryshme gjate kohes se ndertimit te kesaj rruge, Ne si shoqeri nuk do kufizohemi as ndikohemi nga drejtimi politik momental dhe as nga miqesite majtas dhe djathtas ne aktivitetin tone te perditshem. Per shkak te luftes se pamoralshme politike ne nuk mund te jemi objekt sulmi me qellim perbaltje te kundershtarit dhe akuza krejtesisht te hamendesuara si dhe te hartuara ne menyre krejtesisht krimimanle.
Marre shkas se kemi qene vazhdimisht nen nje sulm mediatik duke cenuar ne menyre te drejtperdrejt aktivitetin e shoqerise sime kerkoj qe nuk do te lejoj asnje sulm apo insinuate te tille dhe per kete do ndermarr te gjithe hapat proceduriale duke kerkuar perballje dhe ti mbrojne keto deklrate ne sallen e gjyqit.
Kjo është deklarata e PD-së:
44 milion euro është fatura e re që do të paguajnë shqiptarët për Edmond Begon, mikun e Taluant Ballës dhe të Edi Ramës.
Gjykata e Arbitrazhit Ndërkombëtar ka dënuar shtetin shqiptar pas padisë së kompanisë greke Aktor, e cila kishte fituar tenderin për të kryer punimet në rrugën Tiranë-Elbasan.
Kompania greke ishte kontraktuar nga qeveria shqiptare për të bërë punimet shtesë, por Edi Rama në mënyrë që të favorizonte kompaninë e mikut të tij dhe të Taulant Ballës “Inerte Ekspress” te Begos vuri gjoba, bëri presion dhe tentoi që të largonte kompaninë Greke Aktor e cila mbasi mori nënkontraktorët e imponuar nga qeveria u largua pa marrë asnjë pagesë.
Për këtë arsye Aktor iu drejtuar Gjykatës së Arbitrazhit Ndërkombëtar duke paditur qeverinë shqiptare.
Me 1 shtator 2020, pra vetëm 5 ditë më parë, Arbitrazhi shpalli vendimin që i jep të drejtë kompanisë greke dhe dënon Shqipërinë ta dëmshpërblejë atë me plot 44 milion euro.
Pra, qeveria shqiptare, për të favorizuar kompaninë e Edmond Begos me shokë ngarkon në këtë mënyrë buxhetin e shtetit shqiptar i cili sigurohet me taksat e qytetarëve shqiptarë.
Edi Rama në 2013 mori një rrugë të përfunduar dhe shpenzoi 138 mln euro kosto shtese:
* nga 312 milion euro e parashikuar ne fillim, kostoja e rruges perfundoi në 450 milion euro.
Pa asnjë bilanc në punë publike, pa asnjë rrugë të shtruar, ne 8 vjet edhe ato investime publike që gjetën të gatshme
* ose i dhanë me koncesion
* ose i përdorën për ti vjedhur.
Në një kohë kur mijëra qytetarë jetojnë ende në çadra dhe 99 përqind e shqiptarëve vuajnë krizën e thellë ekonomike nga keqqeverisja, Edi Rama u shton një haraç të ri në kurriz.
44 milion eurot nuk i paguan as Edi Rama, as Taulant Balla dhe as Edmond Bego i cili mori miliona euro për tenderin e përfundimit të rrugës Tiranë-Elbasan.
44 milion eurot e kompanisë greke do ti paguajë një më një çdo qytetar i Shqipërisë nëpërmjet taksave që do shtohen.
Kjo faturë që rëndon në xhepat e shqiptarëve dhe të ekonomisë së Shqipërisë, vjen vetëm pak muaj pas një tjetër ndëshkimi nga Arbitrazhi Ndërkombëtar.
Për shkak të banditizmit të Edi Ramës dhe interesit të Rilindjes, kjo gjykatë e ndëshkoi Shqipërinë dhe shqiptarët me faturën 110 milion eurove për një dëm shkaktuar pa shkak ligjor, biznesmenit italian Francescho Bechetti, media kritike dhe bizneset e të cilit u mbyllen arbitrarisht nga qeveria e rilindjes sapo erdhi në pushtet.
Janë plot 153 milion euro për dy muaj që Shqipëria duhet tu paguajë vetëm dy kompanive si pasojë e vendimeve të Arbitrazhit Ndërkombëtar.
153 milion euro të cilat do ti paguajnë shqiptarët, jo Edi Rama dhe miqtë e tij që sot ndajnë fitimet ndërsa shqiptarët vuajnë urinë.
For Albanians there is only one way to escape from the mountain of debts that is growing every day the misgovernment of Edi Rama and his Rilindja gang.
The way is to leave this government an hour ago and open a way for a normal government that thinks about the people, the economy, not that it plunges them into endless debts.
Every hour more that stays in power, every time more that enters the office of the Prime Minister, Edi Rama plunders, now, the misery of Albanians.
