Sexual harassment lawsuit against JPMorgan executive based on a farce

The man who filed a sensational sexual abuse lawsuit against a JPMorgan executive, originally known as "John Doe," has been identified as Chirayu Rana, 35. He currently works as an executive at another investment firm.
Rana accused his colleague, Lorna Hajdini, of drugging him and threatening him if he did not accept her sexual advances. But according to JPMorgan's internal investigation, these claims were not supported by any evidence.
One of the key points that casts doubt on the allegations is the fact that Hajdini was not his boss and had no influence on Rana's salary or promotion. The two were on the same team, but under different managers.
The bank conducted a thorough investigation, analyzing internal communications and records, but found no evidence to support the allegations. Rana himself refused to cooperate with the investigation. Before filing the lawsuit, he had sought millions of dollars in damages.
On the other hand, Hajdini's lawyers have categorically denied the allegations, emphasizing that she has never been to the place where the incident allegedly took place.
Although the lawsuit remains in effect, the legal system in the US allows such allegations to be published without repercussions for the media, even if they later turn out to be false. This explains the rapid spread of the news initially.
Currently, there is no set date for the trial, while Hajdini continues to work at JPMorgan and is considered one of its most successful employees. Rana has not made any public comment.
