Exceptions are northwestern areas such as Shkodra and Lezha where the possibility of low snowfall appears in urban areas.
While Tirana during the first hours of the day, in the suburbs very close to it, there will be short moments with snowflakes but without the possibility of snow in the urban area. The minimum temperatures in the city will be easily above 2 ° C and soon around 7 o'clock in the morning, the temperatures will rise above 4 ° C, not allowing snowfall in Tirana.
After noon, temperatures will drop significantly as the weather will start to clear in the north and gradually in the center and most of the southern areas leaving the southeast with little snowfall.
