Ilir Meta is confirmed as the leader of the Freedom Party

The Elections Commission in the Freedom Party has confirmed Ilir Meta as the chairman of the PL.

Meta was voted with 719 votes and was the only candidate in the race for the position of Party chairman.

722 delegates participated in the vote while 3 voted against him. At the National Convention of the Freedom Party, 236 members of the National Steering Committee were elected.
