The investigation into the case of Adriatik Llalla was followed by the prosecutor Klodian Braho of SPAK while the decision was given by the head of the Special Court, Sander Simoni.

But what does the Criminal Code provide for Llalla's accusation?

According to the Criminal Code, the charge is based on Article 257 / a, second paragraph, which provides for a fine of up to three years in prison.
