Diella is the one who has received international media attention after her appointment by Prime Minister Rama as Minister of Public Procurement.
Her image is the famous actress Anila Bisha, who appears in a Zadrima outfit. In the "Opinion" show on TV Klan, Anila says that Diella will have this image until December of this year, as the contract is for 1 year.

They contacted me and I connected with one of the girls from the AKSHI staff and they told me that we have a project. Okay, I said, okay, we enjoy these kinds of projects, we are actors, we are artists and when they invite us for projects, it is something plus, not only financially, but also for the image.
Blendi Fevziu: How much money did you get, will Albanians ask you?
Anila Bisha: If I had known that Diella would be so famous, I would have bought very little, but I bought it for Diella e-Albania.
Blendi Fevziu: You haven't hired a minister for Diella?
Anila Bisha: Not yet. But I believe that… The experience with AKSHI has been excellent, we have had an agreement and everything has been correct.
Blendi Fevziu: You have no connection, you are just an image.
Anila Bisha: The image, just the face and the voice. Definitely the voice and I'm too tired to give the voice.
Blendi Fevziu: I mean, when I miss you, I call Diella directly and Diella answers me to hear your voice.
Anila Bisha: I had to make a spot, I had to speak for 5 minutes, just to get people talking, then 20 minutes and then half an hour without interruption. It was tiring. Half an hour without interruption, plus 5 hours of recorded texts that you hear from e-Albania.
Blendi Fevziu: Yes, Diella knows how to give answers outside of the texts you recorded?
Anila Bisha: I don't know, I haven't actually seen myself in e-Albania.
The actress also tells how she welcomed the minister's new 'task'.
Anila Bisha: They reacted to e-Albania and told me that they had just given me a certificate, with humor. When I heard the prime minister, I was surprised, I said what is this, what is he saying? I took it with sportsmanship.

Anila Bisha: Of course, they took as much as you wanted.
