Dua Lipa denies firing her agent over pro-Israel stances

Singer Dua Lipa has denied reports that she has fired one of her agents over his pro-Israel stance.
The British media outlet Daily Mail reported that Lipa had split with agent David Levy after he signed a letter demanding that Irish band Kneecap not perform at the Glastonbury festival due to their pro-Palestine stance.

But the singer and her agency WME called the news "completely false," clarifying that Lipa has not worked with Levy since 2019.

In a response on Instagram, Dua Lipa said she does not support Levy's efforts to silence the group Kneecap, but added that the Daily Mail story was "deliberately provocative and made for clicks."

"I always want to stand for 'Free Palestine,' but exploiting a tragedy to sell newspapers is something that deeply concerns me," she wrote.
