Brooklyn Beckham has stressed that he is no longer affected by what is said about his separation from his family.
The 26-year-old, the eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham, has long been rumored to have a strained relationship with his family, especially after his marriage to American actress Nicola Peltz.
The last time they were all seen together was Christmas last year, and it seems there have been no other meetings since then. Last week he was also absent from his brother Romeo's 23rd birthday.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, Brooklyn was asked how he deals with all these rumors about his family and private life.
"There will always be people who talk badly, but I have a wife who supports me a lot. We just focus on our work and we are happy," he said.
He added that he never worries about what is said or written about him:
"People will always say stupid things. I try to focus on things that bring me joy, like playing golf with friends. It's something that I really enjoy," said Brooklyn, who spoke and said nothing.
