"Today was a moment I will cherish forever. The nurses surprised my mom with bells, cheers, and so much love, and we all burst into tears together. After everything her body and soul have endured, watching her reach this milestone was overwhelming in the most beautiful way. Today she officially finished her last round of chemotherapy."
We know the journey is not over yet and there are still steps ahead, but this was a big, difficult, and sacred step, and we are allowing ourselves to truly celebrate it. I have never been more proud of her strength, her courage, and the way she continues to show up with heart, even on the hardest days. Watching her go through this has changed me.
I am incredibly grateful for every nurse who cared for him, for every doctor who guided him, for every prayer whispered for him, for every message, for every bit of love and support that kept us going when we were tired and scared. Today it felt like light.
