Rama from Berlin: Diella is pregnant and expecting 83 children

Prime Minister Edi Rama has made a surprise announcement regarding his minister, Diella, symbolically describing her as “pregnant” with a new project. During his speech at the Berlin Global Dialogue, Rama said this will lead to the creation of 83 “mini Diellas” – small assistants who will serve to support each member of parliament.
The Prime Minister added that these "new productions" will have the task of recording events and informing politicians about what happens in their absence.
"To have the first AI-powered prosecution system. The final step is sealed by people. Our view is that the final decision should belong to people. We are working on this with Microsoft and we see it with great optimism. This would mean that in public prosecution, companies would have a much easier time. We hope to complete it by the end of 2026.
In fact, I owe you because you normally tease me, I find you everywhere in the world. We took quite a risk today with Diella here and we did very well. So for the first time Diella is pregnant and with 83 children, each one will be for each member of our parliament and will serve as an assistant for them who will participate in parliamentary sessions, and will keep notes on everything that happens and will suggest the members of parliament. These children will have the knowledge of their mother.
"For example, if you go for coffee and forget to come back to work, this child will say what was said when you were not in the hall, and will say who you should counterattack. If you invite me next time, you will have 83 more screens for the children of Diella," said Rama.
