High school graduates, prospective students, are waiting for the opening of applications for higher education institutions within the country. On Monday, July 27, the process of filling out the A2 form officially begins, on the U-Albania portal. This is an online document where young people will mark up to 10 preferred branches for pursuing higher studies.
Different branches can be selected within the same university, such as medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, within the University of Medicine. Only one study program can be selected, such as IT, at different universities, or they can be alternated depending on the preferences and grades of the candidates. The application process will be open for 6 consecutive days.
The selection can be done from anywhere, at home, on vacation or even abroad. The leaders of the Academic Network advise young people to think carefully before finally sending the form and even have the opportunity to make approximate calculations. After the closing of applications, the Albanian Academic Network sends the data to universities, which will calculate the points for approximately 29 thousand candidates.
This process will be carried out after August 20, after the competitions for several study programs, such as Medicine, Architecture, Arts and Sports, have also been closed. Meanwhile, at the end of August, the winners will be announced in public and private higher education institutions.
