What is the price of water in Tirana? WRA: Cheaper than in Pogradec and Korça

Last night, in the show "Opinion", the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, when asked about the price of water in the capital, stated that the citizens of Tirana have it lower than the citizens of Pogradec and Korça.
According to official data, published by the Water Regulatory Authority, which lists all current tariffs for water supply and sewerage services in the municipalities of Albania (http://www.erru.al/mat.php?idr=80&idm=144&lang=1 ), it is confirmed that the price of water in Tirana is lower than in Pogradec and Korça. Moreover, the citizens of Tirana pay less than Durrës, Vora and Himara for the water supply and sewerage service.
Each household customer, in the monthly bill pays for drinking water and wastewater treatment, which make the sum of the price paid each month. Currently, in Tirana, the price for drinking water is 65 lek / m3 and 11 lek / m3 for used water (sewage). So, in total 76 ALL / m3.
Whereas, cities like Korça and Pogradec, with many times less population, less need for investment and capacity to afford the service, have a higher price.
According to official WRA data, but also facing the bills that citizens currently pay, in Korça the price for drinking water is 72 lek / m3 and 42 lek / m3 for wastewater. In total, the citizen of Korça pays 114 ALL / m3 every month. In Pogradec, the price for drinking water is calculated at 62 ALL / m3, while for wastewater 33 ALL / m3. So, in total, the citizens of Pogradec pay for water in the bill at a price of 95 ALL / m3.
As you can see from the table, the citizens of Tirana pay 38 ALL / m3 less than the residents of Korça and 19 ALL / m3 less than those of Pogradec.
WRA data show that even cities like Durrës, Himara or Vora pay more than the inhabitants of the capital. According to the same data, in Durrës the price of drinking water and sewage is 120 lekë / m3, in Himara 85 lekë / m3 and in Vora 80 lekë / m3.
