Tulsi Gabbard has resigned from her position as Director of National Intelligence in the Donald Trump administration.
The news was made public in a resignation letter she posted on social media, in which she revealed that her husband has been diagnosed with a very rare form of bone cancer. For this reason, Gabbard said she is stepping down from office to be by his side and support him during this difficult battle.
