What do we know about the three names of the "new entry" ministers in the government

Prime Minister Edi Rama has made changes in the government at the SP Congress. While most of the names are familiar to the general public, three of the new ministers are new names.
It is about: Pirro Vëngu (new Minister of Defense), Ervin Hoxha (new Minister of the Interior), Petrit Malaj (new Minister of Finance)
Here's what they know about each of them:
Pirro Vëngu

Pirro Vëngu will be the new Minister of Defense. Until now, Vëngu has held the position of the Director of the Port of Durrës since 2019, after replacing Agron Tare in this position. He was also the chief of the cabinet in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the 'Rama 1' government (2013-2017), when this ministry was headed by Ditmir Bushati. Vëngu also held the position of Director of Anticorruption in the Prime Minister, from 2017 to 2019.
Ervin Hoxha

Ervin Hoxha, who since November 2023, held the position of director of the National Inspectorate of Territory Protection, has been appointed to the post of Minister of the Interior. He also directed the Probation Service, the directorate under the Ministry of Justice.
Hoxha attended certified training at the high level of leadership and management in the field of security and law enforcement in the USA, Austria, Germany, etc.
For more than 20 years, he has held senior positions at the management level, such as: Director of International Relations, Head of the Europol National Unit, Head of the Interpol National Central Office, Director of the Traffic Police, Director of the Directorate for the Protection of Witnesses and Associates of Justice , Director of Tax Investigation and Money Laundering, Deputy. General Director of the Social Insurance Institute, as well as Cabinet Director and Advisor to several senior officials of the Albanian state.
Petrit Malaj

Petrit Malaj will be the new Minister of Finance. He currently holds the position of director of AKBN (National Agency of Natural Resources). Malaj graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tirana, pursued his Master's studies in "Business Administration" at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in the USA, qualified for "Banking and Finance" at Georgetown University, USA and then followed a program the qualification for the Management of the Capital Market, of the Federal Ministry for Cooperation and Development of Germany. He has a rich working experience in the banking system.
