Fabian Topollaj, the representative of the Democratic Bindja party, founded by the former PD MP Astrit Patozi, has announced that there will be an informal coalition between his party and the Movement for Change led by Jozefina Topalli. Invited to the show "Repolitix", Topollaj said that formally his party will nominate candidates in each district, as required by the electoral code, but in fact in some areas one party will support the other to maximize the votes of these formations detached from the DP and seen as "enemies" of Basha.
