Shortly before closing his speech at the meeting between the two governments, Prime Minister Rama made a live surprise proposal to Albin Kurti and Kosovo. A Common Primer for two states, one nation.
"We have agreed with the governments that next year we will have a unified Primer ready. The Primer is a basic book for anyone entering the path of education and for many years now, it is a book treated as a text with many alternatives, like other books.
"I very much want to share this alternative together, if you agree to have a unique Primer of the Albanian language and then share it wherever Albanian children want to learn Albanian", said Rama.
