Shkodra MP Agron Çela, who a few days after he left the Freedom Party, appeared today at the side of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Rama was the one who shared some photos with MP Agron Çela, the political leader of the SP for this district, Elisa Spiropali, and other MPs who caught the eye and Benet Beci, who is rumored to be the SP candidate for the Municipality of Shkodra.
"Shkodra unites us! With the deputies of Shkodra for the progress of the development projects of this governing mandate with the Albanian Development Fund", wrote Rama, thus confirming the union of Çela with the Socialist Party.
