Prime Minister’s escort stoned. Three Korça citizens get prosecuted

On Saturday, while the Prime Minister was escorted to his next campaign meeting at the ‘Cangonji Turn’, near the road that connects Bilisht and Korça, he was attacked with heavy objects.
The State Police released their press statement, notifying that the three perpetrators were identified as: 34-year-olds M.H and S.S and 37-year-old E.L, all Korça’s residents. They are being prosecuted for their penal acts “Resistance towards the police officer” and “Public disturbance”.
“These citizens, the moment the PM’s escort has passed their location, have resisted the police officer’s orders and had thrown heavy objects towards the governmental cars, disturbing this way the order. All the materials have been passed to the Prosecution Office and the Korça’s Court for further actions”, clarifies Korça’s Police Force./Tiranapost/D.D
