Albania is ranked 8th in Europe and 19th in the world for online public services. Prime Minister Edi Rama himself has published the tables from the United Nations report on Digital Development. In his post on social networks, Rama says that everyone who talks about Iran's cyber attack on Albania forgets 2 facts "we were attacked because we developed and the attack failed because we invested".
